Chocolate and Pastry Classes

As I love my work, each day brings a new challenge for me even after almost twenty years I always approach my new tasks excited to create, experiment and learn. I am very proud to show off my work. I want to share my knowledge with people who wish to expand their culinary knowledge. 


For me, my profession is a passion and a way of life. I will be teaching different classes for chocolate and pastry in my kitchen and chocolate showroom. My style has always been innovative, my creations stand out because of the purity in which every element is brought together. I work hard because I appreciate everything which forms the framework of patisserie.
